PMA Long Course Duration
PMA Long Course in the Pakistan Army is a two-year training program after entering the Pakistan Military Academy. - PMA Verbal Test: The very first test in the initial computerized test of the PMA long course is the verbal test to check the candidate’s verbal and logical thinking to solve the text-based series and pattern.

Initial Physical Test For PMA Long Course
PMA Long Course Initial Physical Test consists of a set of tests, including a running fitness check, pushups, situps, detection crossing challenge, etc. The details of these multiple tests are given below:
- Running test: During the preliminary phase of the initial physical test, a 1.6 km run must be completed within 8 minutes.
- Fitness test: Immediately after the run, the next fitness section begins, where the standard is set to perform 15 push-ups in two minutes.
- Sit-ups are also to be completed in two minutes for 15 in the same time.
- Chin-ups or pull-ups are given two minutes for 3–4 repetitions.
- Duitch cross test: There is also a ditch-crossing challenge, which must be completed with sides measuring 7.4m x 7.4m and a depth of approximately 4 feet. This test aims to assess core strength, endurance, and power to meet basic standards.

- Minimum height: 5 feet 4 inches (approximately 162.5 cm).
- Weight must be according to the Body Mass Index (BMI) standard.

PMA Long Course 2-Year Training Process
PMA Long Course Training is a two-year training program in which cadets are taught military education, physical fitness training, and technical skills.
